So what is Life Coaching? Life Coaches empower individuals for personal and professional success. Think of your coach as a guide. Someone that can safely help keep you focused and on track of important changes and transformations you seek in business and in your personal life. We help you develop strategies that create new powerful inner expansion to support your true life's purpose- to help you lift the window shade of limitation into your vast expanse of unlimited human potential !

Life coaching is not therapy. Although life coaching and therapy can compliment each other. Coaching does not identify pathologys, delve into a painful past or explain your behavior. We create action plans to help propell you to your goals and objectives to create rewarding outcomes.

My style of coaching is relaxed yet driven. I use the most current and effective technologies and tools to guide my clients to their specific outcome. My guiding style is circumnavigational- Big Word for Expansive Experience. Picture yourself in front of a really beautiful sculpture. Each time you visit you look at the front- you are amazed by the light, contrast, and color of the sunlight reflected on the object, and then walk away amazed. Next time you view the object from the same view....and then the next visit the same view, etc. and you have the same experience, you see where I am going with this?

​ We as humans unfortunately get stuck in looking at our circumstances for the same view and want a diffferent and outcome.
